Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
REFUNDS
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
You can submit refund requests within 30 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Page.
For Wand Returns:
-Before putting anything inside, turn switch to on from the bottom. The light should turn orange inside the wand when you press the button.
-DO NOT put wet paper into the wand, this can cause damage to the electrical wiring.
-Take the flash paper and keep folding in half for best results until it smoothly fits in.
-DO NOT push flash paper all the way down. Flash paper should fit towards the tip and you should feel pressure when it is next to the heating coil. Pushing the flash paper too deep can result in damage to the coils so extreme care is required.
Please Note:
We will NOT replace wands that have been broken due to contact with water.
There is a $100 restocking fee for any wand that is broken due to use and not because of manufacturer. This can include breakage due to improper use of fire, improper use of paper, inserting the wrong paper, applying too much pressure to the wand, applying too much pressure to the coil inside the wand, etc.
If you have NOT read the instruction manual and/or how to use email before using the wand you may not be entitled to a refund.
